What shipment methods do you offer?
Currently, we only offer door-to-door courier delivery using DPD, Venipak or Omniva.
How soon will I receive my order?
You can expect your order to be shipped on the same or next working day, as soon as your payment has cleared on our bank account.
If you have an active agreement with us, then you order will be fulfilled straight away.
How much does shipping cost?
- Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania
Shipping is free for all orders above 50€. If less than 50€, then shipping fee 5€ is applied.
- Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden, Finland

How can I track my order?
To track your order, please visit our tracking page and enter the tracking ID you have received by email.
Can I choose a time slot for the delivery?
You can mention the optimal delivery time as an ‘Order Note’ on the My Cart page.
Otherwise, deliveries are made from 09:00 to 17:00.
Will the courier contact me before the delivery is made?
Yes, you should receive a phone call at the indicated number on your profile, before the delivery will be made.
I have received an incorrect/damaged item, what should I do?
